Yesterday, I had a book stall at Dragon Hall, Kings Road, Norwich in the UK. It is a stunning renovation of a medieval trading hall of epic proportions but was only 'discovered' fairly recently!!

It’s not an easy time to be living by the seat of your pants with bated breath, waiting for the inevitable world changes that the current energy shift is ushering in. We hoomans have an inbuilt fear of change and we are all in this together, but it will all be worth it in the end, we know that. Civilisational change is never easy, but apparently, we signed up for this before we arrived (can you believe), ho ho ho!
I pledged to write a 10 minute piece/record audio/upload a short video, every two weeks and have stayed true to that promise over the last year and a half since I joined Substack. I’m thrilled to see this uncensored platform of creatives and truthers is expanding every day in every way and am very pleased to be a part of it. Glad you are too!

I am a little unusual in my methods, discovering my own and others’ past lives, as I was explaining to some of you at the book fair yesterday. I hope you find it truly intriguing to understand how I discovered that our current date of births, locations, names, characteristics and other synchronicities really can give us clues to our past lives. This leads me along a breadcrumb trail to the revealing of our repeating life patterns, which we all need to release and heal from (that is the actual point of all this by the way). As a Reiki Master, I do that bit too.
